Radiologic Technologist

Position Overview

This position requires a skilled Radiologic Technologist to provide support in the Emergency Department (ED), inpatient units, and the Operating Room (OR). The role demands proficiency in radiography and the ability to work collaboratively with clinical teams to ensure optimal patient care.

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday, with shifts starting between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM.
• Orientation occurs weekly, every Monday (barring holidays).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality radiographic examinations in the ED, inpatient units, and OR.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols in radiography practice.
• Maintain accurate patient records and communicate effectively with healthcare teams.
• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues related to radiographic equipment.

Required Qualifications

• Vocational or Technical training in Medical Radiography.
• Current Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist license.
• Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• A minimum of 2 years of related work experience, specifically in an ED setting.
• Advanced technical computer skills relevant to radiography and health information systems.
