Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide skilled services in alignment with state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines. This role involves evaluating patients, developing personalized treatment and discharge plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions to enhance independence in daily living activities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and treatments based on physician orders and referrals.
• Develop and regularly update individualized treatment and discharge plans.
• Accurately and promptly document services provided.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in accordance with practice acts and facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and engage with patients’ families.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD).
• Active state Occupational Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Strong clinical skills, along with proficient documentation and communication abilities.
