Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide skilled therapy services in compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment and discharge plans, and delivering therapy aimed at enhancing patients’ independence in daily living skills.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients according to physician orders and referrals.
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans for each patient.
• Document services provided accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in accordance with practice acts and facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and family members to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD).
• Active state Occupational Therapy license (or the ability to obtain one).
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills.
