Physical Therapy Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to provide essential support in delivering high-quality therapy services. The role involves working under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to assist patients in restoring mobility, enhancing function, and achieving their treatment goals.

Responsibilities

• Implement therapy interventions as outlined in the Physical Therapist’s plan of care.
• Document patient progress and responses to treatment accurately.
• Assist with patient education and development of home exercise programs.
• Communicate patient status and progress updates to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Adhere to safety standards, infection control protocols, and compliance regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active state Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Ability to follow treatment plans effectively and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
