Registered Nurse (RN)

Role Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in accordance with established standards and practices. Key responsibilities include:

• Assessing patient health needs and developing individualized care plans.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitoring patient progress and reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
• Educating patients and their families on health management and treatment plans.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
• Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Experience in the relevant specialty is an advantage.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications as required by the department.
