Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT-NICU)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our team, specializing in neonatal and pediatric critical care. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in working with pediatric patients in high-level care environments, including NICU, PICU, and CVICU.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced respiratory care for pediatric patients in the NICU, PICU, and CVICU.
• Deliver high-quality respiratory therapy, monitoring, and assessment.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Assist in performing diagnostic procedures and administering medications as ordered.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient care and services.
• Float between other facilities as needed, including multiple locations within the region.

Qualifications:

• Must possess an active Ohio RRT license.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a pediatric critical care setting (NICU, PICU, CVICU).
• Current certifications in BLS, Advanced NRP, and PALS are required.
• Experience in high-level neonatal and pediatric care is essential.

Schedule:

Various shifts available, including three or four 12-hour shifts. Night shift availability is required.

Additional Requirements:

• Completion of two fingerprinting processes: one onsite for facility requirements and another through the agency.
• All work history, including positions held at any relevant locations, must be detailed in the application.
• Submission of copies of required certifications at the time of application is necessary.
