Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated healthcare team. This position offers a night shift schedule, consisting of three 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to individuals in need of medical and surgical telemetry services.
• Monitor vital signs and patient conditions, responding swiftly to changes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established policies.
• Educate patients and their families regarding health management and post-discharge care.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience.
• Current, unrestricted nursing license in Ohio or a compact state.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required.

Shift Details

This position is for the night shift, requiring availability for three consecutive 12-hour shifts each week.

Contract Options

We offer 13 to 18-week contract options for this position, allowing for flexibility based on individual needs and preferences.
