Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU). This role requires commitment to patient care and involvement in a specialized healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients in a critical care setting.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patient status and respond to changes in condition promptly.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and care plans.

Work Schedule

• Rotating shifts: Candidates will work on one schedule for a few weeks and then switch to another schedule.
• No rotating shifts within the same week.
• Night shifts: 3×12-Hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:00.
• Day shifts: 3×12-Hour shifts from 07:00 to 19:00.
• Must be available to work a minimum of two holidays per year.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience in a PICU or similar environment.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications are required.
• EPIC experience is mandatory; no exceptions will be made.
