Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality therapy services in compliance with state and federal regulations as well as facility guidelines. This role involves evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment and discharge plans, and administering therapy aimed at enhancing independence in daily living skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with physician orders and referrals.
• Develop and update personalized treatment and discharge plans based on patient needs.
• Document therapy services accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in alignment with practice acts and facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and engage with patients’ families.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD).
• Active state Occupational Therapy license or the capability to obtain one.
• Proficient clinical skills, exceptional documentation capabilities, and strong communication skills.
