Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nursing Infusion professional to join our team. This position requires proficiency in infusion therapy and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Job Responsibilities

• Administer intravenous medications and therapies to patients in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
• Monitor patient responses to treatments and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment processes and medication management.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols to ensure patient well-being.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

Qualifications

• Current and valid nursing license.
• Previous infusion experience is required.
• Ambulatory EPIC experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible scheduling availability, including the ability to work 3×12 or 4×10 hour shifts, with availability for two weekends per month.

Work Schedule

This position offers shift options of 3×12 or 4×10 hours, with a requirement of two weekend shifts per month to align with existing staff schedules.
