Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical/Surgical Telemetry

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Medical/Surgical Telemetry team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Med/Surg telemetry nursing and be committed to delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a telemetry setting, monitoring critical health signs and administering medications.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide critical interventions as needed.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 18 months recent experience in a Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit.
• Current and valid Ohio Registered Nurse license or compact state equivalent required.
• Current certifications in AHA BLS and ACLS.

Shift Information

This position offers night shifts, consisting of three 12-hour shifts, from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

Work Schedule

Due to the nature of our nursing staff requirements, block schedules are not available for this role.
