Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN)

We are seeking talented and motivated Operating Room Registered Nurses for variable shifts, including day/night rotations and weekends. Candidates must have a Level I trauma experience to qualify.

Job Responsibilities

The Operating Room Registered Nurse will be responsible for the following:

• Preparing and operating in surgical settings.
• Providing care to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures.
• Collaborating with surgical teams and other medical staff to ensure patient safety and optimal surgical outcomes.

Shift Details

Shifts for this position may include the following:

• 4×10 Day Shifts: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday); 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM (Wednesday)
• 4×12 Day Shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday); 9:00 AM – 9:30 PM (Wednesday)
• 4×10 Night Shifts: 7:00 PM – 5:30 AM (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday); 9:00 PM – 7:30 AM (Wednesday)
• 4×12 Night Shifts: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday); 9:00 PM – 9:30 AM (Wednesday)

Please note that when scheduled for weekend shifts, candidates will work 12-hour shifts and will also be scheduled for 8 or 10-hour shifts during the same week to meet contracted weekly hours.

Start Dates

Anticipated start dates for this position are September 14th or September 28th.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Current and valid RN license.
• Experience in a Level I trauma center.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
