Registered Nurse (RN) – Med/Surg

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Med/Surg team for night shifts. This position requires a commitment to patient care and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a medical-surgical unit.
• Monitor patient progress and respond to their needs and concerns.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop care plans and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient information and care accurately and thoroughly.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and post-treatment care.

Qualifications

• Current RN license is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a Med/Surg setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Schedule

This position requires night shifts. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays may be necessary.
