Physical Therapist Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide exceptional physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist (PT). The successful candidate will work in accordance with state and federal regulations as well as facility guidelines to assist patients in restoring mobility, improving function, and achieving their treatment goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy interventions as outlined in the PT plan of care.
• Document patient progress and responses to treatment accurately and timely.
• Assist with patient education, including the development of home exercise programs.
• Communicate patient status and progress to the supervising PT regularly.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and compliance standards at all times.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active state PTA license or the ability to obtain one.
• Strong ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
