Registered Nurse Labor & Delivery

Shift Information

This position requires availability for night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Holiday coverage may be required.

Minimum Experience Requirements

Applicants should have less than 1 year of experience in the nursing field.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the labor and delivery unit.
• Monitor patient health and progress during labor and delivery.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Assist with the delivery of infants and provide immediate care to newborns.
• Educate patients and families on post-delivery care and breastfeeding.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
