Registered Nurse (RN)

Role Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for the following:

• Providing direct patient care to a diverse patient population, ensuring safety and health management.
• Conducting thorough assessments and developing individualized care plans.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by medical practitioners.
• Monitoring patient progress and outcomes, adjusting care plans as necessary.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient health outcomes.
• Educating patients and their families on health management and medical care.
• Documenting patient care and maintaining accurate medical records.
• Adhering to all legal, regulatory, and organizational policies and procedures.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Previous experience in a clinical or hospital setting is advantageous.
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to make sound judgments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Work Schedule

Shifts may include weekdays and weekends based on unit needs. Flexibility is essential to accommodate the dynamic healthcare environment.
