Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to provide specialized therapy focused on speech, language, and swallowing disorders. This position involves a variety of evaluations, treatment planning, and therapy delivery aimed at helping patients improve their communication and swallowing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans and discharge plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Document all services provided in compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility standards.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and their families to ensure comprehensive care.
• Adhere to all infection control and safety protocols to ensure a safe therapy environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA).
• Current state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
• Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills.
