Radiologic Technologist – X-Ray

Position Summary

The Radiologic Technologist performs a variety of imaging procedures consistent with established policies and procedures at a technical level typically requiring general supervision.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Provides clear explanations and instructions to ensure patient comfort and confidence, addressing individual patient needs.
• Operates and maintains all assigned imaging department equipment, including X-ray machinery.
• Positions patients and utilizes radiologic equipment to accurately capture images as requested by a physician.
• Performs all imaging exams as ordered, in accordance with established policies, procedures, regulations, and laws; notifies the physician on duty of the results.

Certification Requirements

• ARRT Certification
• BLS Certification (AHA)

Matching scrubs are required.

Work Schedule

Full-time position with guaranteed hours. Weekend requirements apply, with no on-call obligations.
