Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care while managing diverse patient populations.

Job Details

• Patient Ratios: 1:3-5
• Daily Patient Visits: Approximately 250
• Total Bed Capacity: 101 beds
• Contract Duration: 26 weeks
• Shift: 12 Hour Nights (18:45 – 07:15)
• Floating Requirement: Floating between Emergency Observation Unit and Emergency Behavioral Health as needed
• Weekend Requirement: Minimum of 4 weekend days per 6-week cycle, potentially every other weekend

Required Skills and Certifications

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
• First-time travelers are welcome
• Skills: IV Start, Triage, Telemetry
• Certifications Required: ACLS, BCLS, NIH, PALS, MOAB

Preferred Skills and Certifications

• TNCC certification

Unit Information

• Orientation: 24 hours
• Unit Systems: Pyxis, EPIC, SBAR, Daily Shift Huddles
• Patient Population: Regional referral and tertiary care center serving various populations
