Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on the night shift. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment, ensuring patient safety and comfort while closely monitoring vital signs and making critical decisions based on patient data.

Position Details

• Shift: Night 3×12-Hour (19:00 – 07:30)
• Unit: Telemetry
• Schedule: 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings to assess patient conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and interventions.

Qualifications

• Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• NIH Stroke Scale certification.
• Previous telemetry experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
