ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Information

Join our team as an ICU Registered Nurse (RN) where you will play a vital role in providing critical care to our patients. This position is full-time, consisting of 36 hours per week, and requires availability for weekend shifts every other weekend from 7 AM to 7 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and effective care to critically ill patients.
• Assist with intubation and ventilator management.
• Coordinate patient care and manage unstable patients.
• Provide occasional recovery care in the PACU.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure the highest standard of care.

Unit Information

• ICU with 4 beds and a patient ratio of 1:2.
• Utilize advanced equipment, including hemodynamic monitoring and telemetry systems.
• Experience with EPIC electronic medical records is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of critical care experience preferred.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• CCRN certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• PACU experience is not required but preferred.
• Knowledge of central line care and medication administration.
