Inpatient Physical Therapist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Inpatient Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in critical care settings, as well as significant acute care experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered physical therapy services in an inpatient setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
• Utilize clinical expertise to assess patients and determine appropriate therapeutic interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner in the electronic health record system.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in physical therapy, particularly in inpatient and acute care environments.
• Prior experience in an intensive care unit (ICU) is essential.
• Proficient in using Epic or similar electronic health record systems.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple patient cases.
• Must have been separated from previous employment for a minimum of six months to be eligible for consideration.

Schedule

The position requires availability to work from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
