Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

We are seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate compassion, professionalism, and dedication while providing essential support to our patients.

Schedule

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• 4 on, 2 off rotation
• Overtime available but not guaranteed

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of nursing staff.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, and meal assistance.
• Monitor patients’ conditions and report any changes to the nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
• Document patient care and progress accurately.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Washington State.
• Currently listed on the Washington State OBRA registry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
