NICU Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled NICU Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional care to neonatal patients while collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to neonates in the NICU.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Educate families about neonatal care and post-discharge needs.
• Participate in unit activities and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Current RN license.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
• Ability to float to other units as needed.
• Willingness to adapt to changing demands and make up missed shifts.
• Must work one holiday rotation based on unit needs.
• Nicotine-free; candidates must comply with facility policies.
• Mandatory drug screening will be conducted with no exceptions.
• Flu vaccination required; exemptions for religious or medical reasons will not be accepted.
