CT Technologist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CT Technologist to join our team. This position requires experience in performing diagnostic imaging procedures, specifically CT and X-ray. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with other technologists and healthcare professionals to provide high-quality imaging services.

Shift Details

• Schedule: Three nights per week, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Days: Saturday, Sunday, and Monday only
• On-call: No on-call required

Responsibilities

• Perform X-ray and CT imaging for emergency department and inpatient care.
• Assist in transporting patients to and from the emergency department.
• Communicate effectively with off-site radiologists using Epic – Radiant and Perfect Serve secure paging.

Qualifications

• Required Certifications:
  • ARRT R (Radiography)
  • ARRT CT (Computed Tomography)
  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • SC Radiology License
• Minimum of two years of experience in the field of radiology.
• At least one year of experience using EPIC.
• First-time travelers are encouraged to apply based on experience.

Additional Information

Two technologists will be staffed during this shift, providing essential services for both the emergency department and inpatient units. As a primary stroke center, our facility prioritizes high-quality patient care and efficient communication among healthcare teams.
