Physical Therapist Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to provide essential therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. The successful candidate will assist patients in restoring mobility, enhancing function, and achieving their treatment goals in compliance with state and federal regulations as well as facility guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy interventions as outlined in the Physical Therapist’s plan of care.
• Document patient progress and responses to treatment effectively.
• Assist with patient education and the development of home exercise programs.
• Communicate patient status and progress to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Adhere to safety standards, infection control protocols, and compliance regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active state PTA license or the ability to obtain one.
• Strong ability to follow treatment plans and work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
