ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled ICU Registered Nurse to join our team. This role focuses on providing exceptional patient care in an Intensive Care Unit setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage patient flow and maintain optimal ratios of 1:5 at maximum.
• Administer critical care to ICU and Intermediate Care (IMC) level patients.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing necessary interventions.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and health management.

Schedule:

• 3×12-Hour Day Shifts (07:00 – 19:00)
• Weekend scheduling required every other weekend.

Qualifications:

• Current valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in ICU.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Experience in managing ICU and IMC level care.
