Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise and compassion to provide high-quality patient care.

Shift Requirements

• Three 12-hour shifts per week
• Every other weekend availability required

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional patient care while adhering to professional and ethical standards.
• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition.
• Document patient care and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Previous nursing experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
