Physical Therapist – Outpatient

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist for an outpatient setting. The successful candidate will work collaboratively to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop tailored treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients’ mobility and quality of life.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation exercises and methods.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Work Schedule

This position requires full-time availability, with the option of 8-hour shifts or 4×10-hour shifts, to be determined with the manager.

Housing and Transportation

Shared housing is available for eligible candidates. Please note:

• No guests or pets are allowed in shared housing.
• Candidates must have their own transportation.

Vaccination Requirement

The selected candidate must have a current flu vaccination.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Physical Therapist license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
