Physical Therapist – Outpatient

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist for an outpatient position, with a start date of January 4, 2027. This role offers a flexible work schedule with the option of 8-hour shifts or 4×10-hour shifts, to be determined in coordination with the manager.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to outpatient clients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment options and rehabilitation strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Flu vaccine is required for employment.

Additional Information

Shared housing is available for employees. Please note that guests and pets are not permitted in the housing. Candidates must have their own transportation.
