Registered Nurse (RN) – Orthopedic

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with expertise in Orthopedic care to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and be committed to providing high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional nursing care to patients in the orthopedic surgery unit.
• Administer medications through an Omnicell system.
• Floating to other units as required, based on skill sets.
• Participate in weekend coverage on an every-other-weekend basis, subject to change based on facility needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse, specifically in Orthopedics.
• Must have at least 1 year of experience with EPIC systems.
• Current and active RN license in Tennessee or a multistate license.
• Valid certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS.
• Preferred experience in teaching and community hospital settings.
• Not accepting first-time travelers; a minimum of 1 year of relevant specialty experience is required.

Schedule

This position requires working 3×12 hour night shifts from 18:45 to 07:15.
