Physical Therapist (PT) – Home Health

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist specializing in Home Health to provide exceptional patient care in a home-based setting. The ideal candidate will have experience with adult health care and be committed to delivering high-quality rehabilitation services.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for patients in their homes.
• Perform six patient visits per day, ensuring quality care and efficient patient management.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient recovery and well-being.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Work Schedule

This position will operate on a full-time schedule of five 8-hour shifts from Monday to Friday, with working hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Current Physical Therapy license in Maryland.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• First-time applicants are welcome to apply.

• No weekend or on-call requirements are necessary for this role.

• Only one request for time off (RTO) will be permitted.

Guaranteed Hours

This position guarantees 40 hours of work per week.
