CT Technologist

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced CT Technologist to join our team at a busy Level 1 Trauma and Stroke center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating GE and Siemens scanners.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT scans on various patient populations.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
• Prepare and position patients for scans, adhering to protocols.
• Review and evaluate images for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain equipment and troubleshoot issues as necessary.
• Collaborate with medical staff and radiologists to provide optimal patient care.

Qualifications

• Valid certifications: BLS and ARRT.
• Proficient in operating GE and Siemens CT scanners.
• Experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
