Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our dynamic team. This position requires night shifts, with a schedule of 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, including every other weekend. Candidates must be flexible and open to floating to various locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care and assess patient needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in patient education and support.
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Massachusetts nursing license at the time of submission or possess a temporary license.
• Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC are required.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience is mandatory.
• Willingness to float to multiple locations within the region as needed.
• Candidates who have worked with us in the past 6 months will not be considered.

Additional Information

A pass/fail competency test will be administered during orientation, with only one attempt permitted. There will also be two opportunities to complete Relias testing prior to onsite assessments.
