Medical Lab Technician

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Medical Lab Technician with a strong background in blood bank operations. The ideal candidate must possess excellent clinical microbiology and/or molecular (PCR) experience and should be prepared for immediate onboarding, as there is limited time available for training.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform blood bank testing and analysis.
• Conduct clinical microbiology and molecular assays.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory standards and protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of tests and results.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver optimal patient care.

Shift Information

Available shifts include:

• 5 shifts of 8 hours from 14:00 to 22:30
• 2 shifts of 12 hours from 10:00 to 22:30 and 2 shifts of 8 hours from 14:00 to 22:30

Qualifications

• Must have prior blood bank experience.
• Clinical microbiology and/or molecular (PCR) experience is required.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
