Nuclear Medicine Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team. This position is essential for providing comprehensive nuclear medicine services to a diverse patient population, including both inpatients and outpatients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform nuclear medicine imaging, including HIDA, Bone scans, Gastric Emptying studies, Lung scans, GI Bleeds, Brain Death tests, and Thyroid scans.
• Administer therapeutic procedures such as I-131 and Sm-153 treatments.
• Conduct nuclear cardiac stress testing and manage plain treadmills for cardiac evaluations.
• Engage in PET imaging for FDG oncology, infection, PSMA, neuroendocrine conditions, and cardiac viability assessments.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in nuclear medicine; travel experience required.
• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and ARRT (Nuclear Medicine).
• Must possess a valid Mississippi license; pending licenses will not be accepted.
• Availability for full-time hours with the option to pick up weekend shifts.
• Local applicants are not accepted; candidates must reside outside a 100-mile radius.

Work Schedule:

This position offers a day shift, working five 8-hour days from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Block schedules may be negotiable based on availability.

Additional Information:

• Guaranteed hours: 40 per week.
• RTO restrictions: 1 holiday request allowed.
