Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to provide quality care without the demands of on-call duties or weekend shifts.

Job Details

• Start Date: ASAP
• Shifts: 4×10 or 5×8 hours, starting no earlier than 7:00 AM and ending no later than 5:30 PM

Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will be responsible for:

• Delivering high-quality outpatient physical therapy services to patients.
• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Tracking patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must have:

• At least 1 year of experience in outpatient physical therapy.
• Lymphedema certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Current licensure in the state of Minnesota (pending licensure will be accepted).
