Operating Room Nurse (RN)

We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Nurse with a focus on orthopedic procedures to join our Day Surgery Unit. This role offers a structured schedule with daytime hours, allowing for a balanced work-life environment.

Position Highlights

• Schedule: 4 x 10 hour shifts, Monday through Friday
• No holidays, weekends, nights, or call required
• Free onsite parking available

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the orthopedic operating room setting.
• Collaborate effectively with the surgical team to ensure the best patient outcomes.
• Manage and assist in the preparation and maintenance of the operating room.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and overall condition during procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in orthopedic operating room procedures is required.
• Preference for candidates with a background in sports medicine and ambulatory orthopedics.
• Current RN license and certification relevant to the practice area.
