Registered Nurse (RN)

Role Overview

The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide patient care in various healthcare settings, ensuring safety, comfort, and efficient treatment across multiple locations. This position involves collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality healthcare services and improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about health management and disease prevention.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Participate in continuous education and professional development activities.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Current and valid nursing license in the state of practice.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
