Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to provide exceptional therapy services in compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering direct therapy aimed at restoring function and mobility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as clinically appropriate.
• Develop and continually update treatment and discharge plans of care based on patient progress.
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians in accordance with practice acts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and communicate effectively with families.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, infection control measures, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT).
• Active state Physical Therapy license or the ability to obtain a license.
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
