Physical Therapist (PT)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality physical therapy services to both inpatients and outpatients in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients’ physical conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation techniques and exercises.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and adhere to regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current Physical Therapy license to practice in Texas.
• Current BCLS (AHA) certification at the time of hire and maintain certification thereafter.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting.

Work Environment

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Work with a variety of patients including inpatients and outpatients.
• Facility includes 25-bed critical access hospital with ICU, Med/Surg unit, orthopedics, and Cardiac Cath Lab.
• Acuity Level: Level IV trauma ER.
• Weekend and holiday shifts as needed by the department.

Dress Code

The dress code is scrubs, with no specific color requirement.

Certifications Required
