Interventional Radiology Technologist

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist with 2-3 years of relevant experience in the field. The ideal candidate will be proficient in operating Siemens equipment and will be required to perform a range of interventional radiology procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform interventional radiology procedures under the supervision of radiologists.
• Operate and maintain Siemens imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist in patient positioning and provide necessary care before, during, and after procedures.
• Adhere to safety protocols and infection control standards within the radiology unit.
• Maintain clear communication with team members and patients throughout procedures.

Schedule

The position offers flexibility with scheduling, allowing for rotation between 4×10 hour shifts or 5×8 hour shifts. Day shifts will generally run from 07:00 to 17:00.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in Interventional Radiology (IR) is required.
• Must possess a current ARRT certification.
• AHA or Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be in hand at the time of application.
• Comfort and experience with Siemens equipment is essential.
