Registered Nurse (RN) – Neuro/Ortho/Trauma

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Neuro, Ortho, and Trauma for a night shift position. The ideal candidate will have a proactive and positive attitude, a strong ability to work collaboratively as a team player, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Position Information

• Department/Cost Center: R6 / 140.823019
• Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM / 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Weekend Hours: Every other weekend
• Call Requirements: No
• Float Requirements: As needed

Unit Information

• Number of Beds: 26
• Patient Ratios: 1:4-5 on days, 1:5-6 on nights
• EMR: Epic

Qualifications

• Must Have Skills/Experience: Neuro/Neurosurg
• Required Skillset/Experience: Neuro/Neurosurg
• Type of Patients on Unit: Neurosurgical patients (spinal surgery, spine fractures, brain tumors), seizure disorders, VP shunts, head bleeds, traumatic injuries, joint replacement surgery
• Personality Fit: Proactive team player with a positive attitude

Education & Certifications Required

• Required Certifications: No specific certification required, but neuro experience is essential.
