Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Department

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse for our Emergency Department. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Schedule

This position requires working night shifts, specifically 3×12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:30, including:

• 2 weekend shifts or 4 weekend days within a 6-week period
• Holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate and high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department.
• Assess patient needs and implement appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient care accurately and timely using EPIC.
• Maintain a safe and effective environment for patients and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Emergency Department nursing.
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIH.
• Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) certifications are preferred.
• Experience with EPIC electronic health records is required.
• Preference for candidates with previous Charge RN and Level 2 Trauma experience.
