CT Technologist

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced CT Technologist to join our team in a busy Level One trauma and stroke center. The successful candidate will be proficient in operating both GE and Siemens CT scanners.

Schedule

This position offers a full-time schedule of Monday through Friday, totaling 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Conduct CT imaging procedures with precision and accuracy.
• Prepare and position patients for imaging in accordance with established protocols.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of patients during the imaging process.
• Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment as needed.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care.
• Document and maintain accurate records of procedures performed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations in imaging practices.

Qualifications

• Current certification and registration as a CT Technologist.
• Proven experience in a clinical setting, particularly in trauma and stroke imaging.
• Strong knowledge of CT imaging principles and protocols.
• Excellent patient care and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
