Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Qualifications

• Acute care/Med-surg experience preferred, with experience in rehabilitation settings valued.
• Proficient with Cerner electronic health record system – Required.
• Ability to work rotating weekends.
• Charge experience and willingness to assume charge responsibilities on each shift.
• Must be able to start as soon as possible.
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to accountability and high-quality patient care.
• Open to receiving constructive feedback and maintaining a positive attitude.

Work Schedule

Shifts available are 3×12 hours from 06:45 to 19:15. Every other weekend is required.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in a rehabilitation setting preferred.
• First-time travelers are welcomed.

Certifications Required

• Current CPR certification is required.
• ACLS certification is preferred and required if in a charge nurse role.

Special Requirements

The position focuses on providing excellent inpatient care. Candidates should be motivated and genuinely care about patient outcomes. Expected patient stays are approximately 14 days. The environment values employee skills, talents, input, and ongoing training opportunities.
