Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide exceptional therapy services in compliance with state and federal regulations as well as facility guidelines. The ideal candidate will assess patients, formulate therapeutic strategies, and deliver individualized treatment to enhance independence in daily living skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients according to physician orders and referrals.
• Develop and update personalized treatment and discharge plans.
• Accurately document services in a timely manner.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in accordance with practice acts and facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain adherence to all safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT or OTD).
• Active state Occupational Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Demonstrated strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills.
