Position Information

• Specialty: LDRP
• Number of Openings: 2
• Shift: 5 PM – 5 AM
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Weekend Hours: 36 (every third weekend)
• Call Requirements: No mandatory call above 36 hours. May have low census as per agreement, up to 3 shifts in 13 weeks.
• Years of Experience: 2 or more
• Float Requirements: Yes

Education & Certifications Required

• Required Certifications: NRP, Advanced Fetal Monitoring
• Education Modules: Consistent with similar skill set on the unit

Unit Information

• Number of Beds: 11 rooms, 16 inpatient beds, plus crib beds for each
• Patient Ratios: AWHONN standards
• Equipment: OBTraceVue/Intellispace fetal monitoring, Philips fetal monitors, Plum pumps, Panda warmers
• EMR: EPIC

• Must Have Skills/Experience: LDRP
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: Experience with antepartum through postpartum and newborns in a Level 1 nursery, occasional MS overflow patients
• Personality Fit: Flexible, team player

Miscellaneous Information

Average of over 500 deliveries per year. Tertiary care center is 30 minutes away; RNs may accompany transport of antepartum patients.
