Monday to Friday day shift with rotating weekend coverage.

Minimum Years of Experience

5 years of experience required.

Certifications/Requirements

• General Certifications: NRP, PALS, BLS/BCLS, ACLS
• Nursing Certifications: TNCC

Job Description

As the Nurse Manager for Emergency & Trauma, you will oversee patient care, nursing staff, and operations within the Emergency Department (ED). You will collaborate with the Director of Patient Care Services to ensure effective management of daily operations. The position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to take bedside shifts as needed.

Education

Graduation from an accredited nursing program is required; a Bachelor of Science in Nursing is preferred.

Experience

Leadership experience within the last 2 years is required, along with training and experience in an Emergency Department setting.

Licenses/Certifications

Must possess a current Colorado RN license or a compact state RN license.

Additional Requirements

Holiday coverage is required.
