Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide exceptional rehabilitation services in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering direct therapy services aimed at restoring function and mobility.

Responsibilities:

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as necessary.
• Develop and regularly update treatment and discharge plans of care.
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians according to practice acts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and communicate effectively with patients and families.
• Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
• Active state Physical Therapy license (or ability to obtain a license).
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
• Ability to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
